Britney Spears was born and raised a southern girl in Kentwood, Louisiana.

Her childhood religion was Southern Baptist and, like most of the Disney-sponsored, Mickey Mouse Club singers like Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and the Jonas Brothers, Spears began a good girl, preaching the importance of abstinence before marriage, though quickly rising to stardom with sexually-charged music, videos, and photo shoots. She later admitted to having sex with Justin Timberlake–even though they weren't married. Being a white Baptist girl from the South is usually a recipe for Republican conservatism and Spears fits the bill. During the onset of the Iraq War, when millions of Americans were very unhappy about George W. Bush's false claims of "weapons of mass destruction," Spears was asked if she supports the war. She said:

Possibly the coolest thing Spears ever said regarding anything was in reference to Ukrainian elections–which are thought to have been rigged. Spears, who was going to play a concert in that country, went on Jay Leno and said:
