Premiers have been begging for more money from Ottawa for decades to pay for more bureaucrats while cutting services and the number of doctors and nurses. They should reform their health care systems instead. The PPC platform: HEALTH CARE: Giving provinces the incentives to deal with wait times and rising costs

Republicans don’t care about protecting life. If they did they would work to end mass incarceration, end prosecuting crimes of poverty, make healthcare a human right to just get started. This is about keeping people in poverty & forcing people to give birth with no support.

Senator I wanted to ask you as someone who’s grown up with healthcare, healthcare that’s free at the point of use, I find it so hard to understand why people aren’t protesting for universal health care? [...] I think you know it’s it’s so sad the fact that during the pandemic people have lost so many jobs but then it’s completely unfathomable the fact that you also lose your health care.

That cheeky smile is because I had the pleasure of voting early! Did you? It will surprise exactly nobody to learn that I support #bidenharris because I want a world where healthcare is a right not a privilege, women have bodily autonomy, systemic racism doesn’t run rampant throughout our police forces, our trans siblings can walk into any bathroom, global warming isn’t treated as a myth… the list goes on. This administration has told a lot of lies, but if you’ve ever heard your vote doesn’t matter then that’s the biggest lie there is. So make your voting plan, talk to your friends and family about theirs and vote like it’s as fun as eating Takis in bed or a night in Vegas- because there’s nothing sweeter than taking back your liberty, baby.

This Election is about HealthCare This election comes down to one key FACT: To the Trump & GOP, healthcare is a privilege. To @JoeBiden & the Democrats, #HealthcareIsARight. In the middle of a pandemic, there is no more salient difference between the parties. Please share this with your loved ones & friends. #healthcare #ACA #preexistingcondition #bidenharris2020 #joebiden #kamalaharris #trump #trump2020

I have a whole list of things that I want our next president to do for us. But first, I just want Trump out. His mouth gets us in trouble so much. I don’t want to be lied to—we’re dealing with a pandemic right now, and I just want answers. I want to know when this will be over. I want to go back to my job. But I don’t want someone to lie to me and tell me that it’s okay not to wear a mask, that everything is going to be okay. I want a president to tell me what the steps are for us to get better, to tell me, "This is why it is taking so long, this is why other countries are doing better than ours." Tell me the truth, the hard-core truth. And also what I want is free Medicare. It’s important to have free [healthcare] because look what is happening right now. Of course, I think we need free college. And I want Black people to stop getting killed and no justice for it. I’m tired of it. I’m sick of it. I just want laws that are fair to Black citizens and that are fair for cops, too. If you kill somebody who doesn’t have a weapon on them, you go to jail. You know what? If I kill somebody, I’ve got to go to jail. You gotta go to jail, too. That’s what I want.

I AM FOR JOE BIDEN. Here’s why: -Joe is a UNIFIER -SC shows that the African American community, which has always been the  and soul of the Dem Party, trusts Joe. -Joe has NEVER voted to protect gun manufacturers instead of our children. -Joe believes in science. -Joe’s health care plan builds on Obamacare with an affordable public option. -Biden will passionately campaign for Democratic candidates running for Senate/MOC AND I believe with Biden our down ballot Dems will be most protected. @JoeBiden #weknowjoe To be CLEAR: I am BLUE for no matter who wins the nomination. I will campaign my heart out to elect the Dem nominee. :us:

I don’t talk about politics often. I don’t feel like it’s my place to tell you how to think in that regard. This channel is a place of entertainment (hopefully) and escape from the chaos that runs the rest of your world. However, I will never shy away from encouraging you guys to better yourselves and the world around you. It’s easy to think of yourself as insignificant in the turmoil that consumes the political landscape but there’s always more that you can do. You are an essential piece of your community but ONLY if you work towards it. To make change in the world and in yourself takes time, effort, and most of all dedication. It’s a commitment that the vast majority of people overlook because they’re consumed by the short term. The only thing I have ever wanted is to be a leader to guide you towards something better. But I can’t hide behind a vague idea of what “better” is so here are a few things that I firmly believe in: 1. No matter who you are; no matter your race, religion, or gender you have the unalienable right to live your life in peace and happiness. 2. Healthcare is a right, not a business. 3. We should leave our children a better world than the one we have now.

Canada’s the best country in the world. We go to the doctor and we don’t need to worry about paying him, but here, your whole life, you’re broke because of medical bills. My bodyguard’s baby was premature, and now he has to pay for it. In Canada, if your baby’s premature, he stays in the hospital as long as he needs to, and then you go home.
