Six years ago, while trying to start our family, I had an ectopic pregnancy. Due to prompt medical care doctors saved my fallopian tubes, allowing me to have two healthy pregnancies. Yesterday I read about a woman with this same condition having her ectopic pregnancy rupture—and facing death—while waiting for treatment, because her doctor was on the phone with his lawyer out of fear of losing his medical license. This is heartbreaking.

We are living in an America I don’t recognise. I stand with you and for women’s rights in this country.

I think it’s about locking up people of color. I think it’s a way to put more people in jail, and I also think it’s a way to control women’s bodies. That’s why I’m going to run for Congress. I’m going to write a bill to make it illegal for men to masturbate. How about that? If you’re going to make it illegal for me to make choices with my body, then it should be illegal for you to masturbate because you killing people when you do that. Every time you jack off, that’s, what? A billion people dead. No chance to live. I’m just saying…You touch yourself; you a murderer.

I’m devastated and terrified. So many women and so many girls are going to die because of this. I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who have shown us that, at the end of the day, they truly don’t give a s**t about freedom. We hate you.

I hope the 53% of white women who just couldn’t stomach voting for @HillaryClinton are happy that they’ve just ensured that their daughters grow up in #Gilead. A woman’s right to choose is a HEALTH decision. A PERSONAL health decision. I’m a Christian and know that.

just because you’re not an American citizen does not mean the overturning of Roe V Wade is none of your business. if you support womens rights and human rights you NEED to be vocal about how drastic and appalling the overturning of the constitutional right to an abortion is.

After decades of scheming, Republican politicians have finally forced their unpopular agenda on the rest of America. They have decided that the government—not the person who is pregnant—should make a private health care decision and deny women the right to control their own bodies and futures. But these extremists will not have the final word. Democrats have tools to fight back, from legislation in Congress to executive orders from the President to initiatives at the state and local level—we just need to use them. We are angry—angry and determined. We will not go back. Not now. Not ever.

The consequences of this decision would be a blow not just to women, but to all of us who believe that in a free society, there are limits to how much the government can encroach on our personal lives. And this decision is unlikely to significantly reduce abortions, […] Instead, as we’ve already begun to see in states with restrictive abortion laws, those women with means would travel to states where abortion remains legal and safe. Meanwhile, those without enough money or access to transportation or ability to take off from school or work would face the same circumstances most women faced before Roe, desperately seeking out illegal abortions that inevitably pose grave risks to their health, their future ability to bear children, and sometimes their lives.

Show up. Be loud. The person who risked everything to leak that document did so with the knowledge that IT IS NOT YET DONE. It’s a sham of a court put in place to do this exact thing and why? Because they’re afraid of what TRUE EQUALITY means for their own power. This has been in motion for most of my life, this slow crank back in time but I will be damned if I allow it to happen without a fight. Overturning Roe and Casey is against the WILL OF THE PEOPLE. It has NOTHING to do with BABIES and EVERYTHING to do with white supremacy and power hungry politicians attempting to keep systems of oppression in place. (And I don’t have time or energy to explain to you why if you don’t understand- DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH) Be angry. Be loud. Be outraged. But most of all SHOW THE F**K UP.

Let me see if I’ve got this right. In Texas, you are free–because it’s your own body–to refuse being vaccinated, even though you may infect others, but a woman is not free to decide whether or not to have an abortion, even if she’s been raped.

That cheeky smile is because I had the pleasure of voting early! Did you? It will surprise exactly nobody to learn that I support #bidenharris because I want a world where healthcare is a right not a privilege, women have bodily autonomy, systemic racism doesn’t run rampant throughout our police forces, our trans siblings can walk into any bathroom, global warming isn’t treated as a myth… the list goes on. This administration has told a lot of lies, but if you’ve ever heard your vote doesn’t matter then that’s the biggest lie there is. So make your voting plan, talk to your friends and family about theirs and vote like it’s as fun as eating Takis in bed or a night in Vegas- because there’s nothing sweeter than taking back your liberty, baby.

I think we can all agree about this: we do NOT need the government trying to tell us what to do with our bodies. Whether you’ve had an abortion or not, that right is about FREEDOM, and no politician should be able to take that away!!! #reproductivefreedom

I’ve had a couple of abortions in my life. It was my decision and Each time it was very sad ,hard and painful .But It was my choice and I was lucky to have good care. no one has the right to take away a women’s right to choose what’s best for her. Women will vote you out .

There’s multiple methods of responsible birth control. none are 100% error free. Women should always have a reasonable time frame to be able to choose SAFE pregnancy. Or. SAFE abortion. “First heart beat” is not a reasonable time frame. I don’t care how you feel about it.

John and I are outraged to see and hear the horror stories of immigrant families seeking asylum and refuge in America being ripped apart due to the inhumane policies of the Trump administration. These actions are cruel, anti-family and go against everything we believe this country should represent. The ACLU is committed to defending the rights and humanity of these vulnerable families. In addition to fighting for immigrants’ rights, they’re advocating for reproductive rights, voting rights, criminal justice reform, LGBT rights, 1st amendment rights and holding the Trump administration accountable whenever possible. I am a feminist and I am totally pro-choice, but what’s funny is when you say that people assume that you are pro-abortion. I don’t love abortion but I want women to be able to choose and I don’t want white dudes in an office being able to make laws on things like this.
